You people need to learn how to make pizza. When a customer requests well done and gets near raw dough that is barely browned,... someone needs their eyes checked. I've had better pizza from a high school cafeteria. It's unfortunate ALL of the pizza placesin Macclenny are utter and complete trash. We need a Marcos or a Papa Johns. Making pizza is not hard. Roll dough. Add sauce.Add cheese. Add meats and veg. Put in oven. Wait until golden brown to medium dark brown... the cheese should have color and bealmost boiling hot. Pull pizza. Cut. Put in Box. Give to customer. We will go to Marcos in Oakleaf instead of trying to supportthese local businesses when they have no interest in serving quality product to their customers. Clean and the employees are very nice. They had just opened up when we went in to purchase ready to go pizzas. There were at... least 6 other customers waiting. But we didn't have to wait to long. They got out everyones order as quick as they could. Read more
I go alot of places. That being said, Mr Prentice Brown gives the best customer service out of anywhere I go. You can?t find... employees like him. Definitely a guy to give a raise to and do everything possible to keep around. People like him restorepeople?s hope for humanity. Their crust on pizza was great fluffy soft and chewy. Glad that they didn't slap butter all over it either like other locations.... My main issue was the flimsy thin bread sticks. They were like 1/4 inch thick on most of them, should be around inch thick.Definitely wasn't happy with the skimpy sticks I got. Read more
I had a wonderful experience Sunday with a nice young man that took my payment for my order. Fantastic service!! Today, my... volunteer goes to pick up the pizza and was told it wasn't paid. So, I call and explain it was paid yesterday in cash, ONLY tobe yelled at by the person on the other end of the phone, telling ME that I can't pay for it ahead of time. ??? What!? I have noidea what your policy is or isn't. I went early and my payment was taken by the EMPLOYEE. In fact they were very friendly, and Ileft happy. I'm not a Lil' Cesar's employee. Don't yell at me; I am a customer. Ever heard of customer service? They don't careI'm sure but I won't be back. All this from who I can only assume is the manager, from the way she carried on. Shame. So sadthat this is the state a lot of businesses are in today. I hope the owner sees this post. There was more conversation that I'mnot posting on here. I'd want to know if I owned a business.
