Table and seats were dirty but as we where cleaning them ourselves the waiter came over and did wiped everything down. Food was... fresh and hot, endless chips and salsa. We will eat here again. Read more
I went on the night that they were doing karaoke I called before I went but it was so loud I couldn't talk to the person trying... to take my order and for whatever reason they didn't feel it was necessary to leave the noise and just stayed right in the noiseand you could barely call in your order so I managed to get the order in after I had to ask the person to go to a place where wecan hear each other, when I got there I think because of all the confusion my order was wrong I didn't tell him I don't eatcheese so they had to redo the order it was still extremely loud and the young lady for some reason didn't understand that itwas too loud and you're not supposed to try to take your customers orders over blaring karaoke music anyway so needless to say Iwas a little annoyed and disappointed that night generally they're okay, I think as a result of having to have it redone at thetime they were getting ready to close, when I got my food back it just felt rushed and uncomfortable so that was my complaintfor that night, I think that there could have been a little more common sense and consideration for your customers in thehandling of the process would have saved everybody time and irritation. Im hopefully politically correct but I can?t stand poor customer service. I used to order from here because of an associate of... mine. I switched my attention to Pasadita Taqueria around the corner a long time ago. I only called today to allow my associateto order from them since he enjoys their too quick to get soggy tacos. He called and asked if this was the building with thewoman on front and the English speaking guy gave the phone to a lady who didn?t seem to speak English well. I told him toclarify that he meant a picture of the building and how two Mexican restaurants were right next to each other. He was hung upon. Now how do you as an employee not know what your building has on it. This place sits right next to another Mexicanrestaurant. Not the first time someone picking up was rude. I hope he now stops ordering from them. I can?t when people act likethat. You?re in hospitality. Have more patience as you would expect someone to have for you. Read more
Foods decent and to an extent very authentic! This use to be my moms and I go to spot however, after today I doubt I?ll go back.... We usually order online to pick up but today I wanted to treat my parents and took them to dine in. After getting a few to boxesI had to run out to take a quick call. My dad stayed back and paid . to our surprise there was a processing fee of 4% To use acard !! It was on disclosed on the receipt , however nowhere else in the restaurant. My one star review is not about theprocessing fee more so about the customer service I had . While asking for a copy of my receipt and asking about the processingfee another worker whom I was not talking to started to interrupt my conversation with other worker telling me the processingfee is from the bank not the restaurant. I understand it?s a small family business and these fees help with outputting some ofthe Cost in running said business I just wish we would have known or it was disclosed somewhere before we got sat I would havepaid Cash or gone somewhere else. The customer service is quite poor, the food is not that bad, the place is not very nice either and I did not like anything that... they charged me an extra 6 dollars to pay with my debit card, I think this should not happen. Read more
