Place/service horrible...we stayed at the mic for 10mins noone came to take our order...drove to window only to be told to go... back around...when we did several cars pulled up. Attitude on top of attitude. Sometimes service is good and fast,but most of the time service is so so. No sense of urgency.... Employees cursing and having disagreement about food. Need whole new staff with better service and wait time. Time is everythingand sometimes we be on lunch and only have 30 mins for break. Don't go her if you have 30 mins for a break. Read more

I tried to stop by today after work, but the lobby was closed. I am aware that stores think it makes more sense to only open... the Drive thru if they are short on staff (although this practice is highly discriminatory), but there is no excuse for them toat least not put up a sign, especially since their hours list times the lobby is open. Red beans n rice were good. Chicken was moist but not delicious. Breading was pleasantly crunchy but has a pasty aftertaste.

This Popeyes continues to be completely underwhelming every time I stop by. The only reason I continue is because it?s close to... my home, but tonight was the final straw. The lack of customer service ALWAYS stands out followed but them never ever everhaving the complete menu. Imagine an individuals frustration no lobby open having to wait in line for 45 minutes to be told ?weare out of tenders?. It?s repulsive to be open an additional 3.5 hours with no tenders. No sprite, no orange Fanta it?sdisgusting! There seems to be no rhyme or reason why customers should place an order of when you get to the window they ask whatare your sides and drinks. I SWEAR!!! This is all that I received from my mobile order. All I could do was laugh, as soon as I looked at the reviews... afterward, I couldn't even be mad, just horrible!!!
