Horrible! Horrible Location!! The extra large lady supervisor is extremely rude!! They had NO Ice anywhere for drinks. I ordered... a four piece nuggets, only got two burnt ones. SEE PICTURE! Customer service experience was absolutely trash. Waited just to receive cold food. The manager is disrespectful and doesn?t... handle his team as necessary. Complained about being parked and waiting on cold fries, so they responded by making the friesridiculous salty. Read more
Don?t know how this location is still in business. Literally the WORST representation of the McDonald?s brand ever!! Super slow... service, poor quality, workers have bad attitudes. It?s ridiculous. DT CHILDREN were too busy clowning around to actually handle my order. Girl in window was On Her Phone while I sat there waiting... for her to do her JOB. Plus my burger was just this side of cold, even tho I had a made to order request. This is consistentlythe worst McD in the area. Read more

First (of many) McRib of the season. Fries: hot, golden, and properly salted. Sandwich: proper temperature and sauce amount,... pickles and onions were crisp, just wish more of the onions made it on the sandwich. Drink: the Diet Coke was out of syrup, CokeZero needs to be calibrated, tea was way too sweet. Read more
I wish I could give them -5 stars. I ordered 2 double quarter pounder with cheese meals. I sat at window 10 minutes, then was... told to pull forward. Sat there another 20 minutes. They didn't answer their phone when I tried to call to check on my order. Igot the girls attention at the window as she served the last vehicle in line which was the 9th one and asked about my order. Sherudely yelled " they're getting it". A few min later my food came out. When I got home my hamburger was raw. I took it back andvoiced a complaint quietly with the manager, told her I just wanted a refund. She gave so many excuses for the burger being raw.So unprofessional. They need to train their employees better. I got refund for food, but what about my time and gas. I willNEVER go back there. McDonald really needs to get their act together. Read more
