Service was extremely terrible, I went to the order window to place my order and nobody had there headset on to know I was at... the order window. Great customer service finally!! The young lady tonight was very friendly and hospitable. Our food was fresh and hot!
7/16 @ 830pm. Just left the drive thru after waiting in line for 30 minutes only to be ignored by the workers inside. There was... a young woman in the drive thru line in front of me who literally laid on her horn for 15-20 seconds at the window and theworkers inside didn?t even acknowledge her. Not sure if they are lazy or what, but when I go through a drive thru with no line, no customers at all I would atleast expect... fresh food. I use to work for this company and never in a million years would I serve a guess old fish that has been cooked anhr after before serving. Fish taste like rubber, fries cold I might as well had cooked my own food! Do better folks! Read more
