I just had the worst experience at this Mabank location. Both drink machines (lobby and drive thru) were down. Leaving tea the... only thing to drink. Not to mention, I was not made aware of the drink situation before taking my order or money. One lady wasworking lobby and drive thru. There were two kids roughly pre-teens flipping cups, being loud. No parent on site. Their parentmay work for this location and that is understandable. However, letting your children disrupt and act they way they did is notokay for people who are trying to enjoy their meals. I order some bacon cheddar curly fries with my tacos and my fries were sohard and crunchy it was honestly very hard to eat them. This location definitely needs some help and to fix a few things. i went through the drive through and got tacos and spicy chicken strips and i get home and my order is completely wrong so i go... back get my food and drinks and we park so we can eat. Well i took a sip of my new drink and it?s still unsweet so i sent myboyfriend in to get me a sweet tea and they were being difficult about fixing it. the girls through the drive through werereally nice though. I ordered 20 tacos for my family as well as 3 Oreo shakes, 1 chocolate shake, and 1 vanilla shake. When I got to the window,... they handed me 1 Oreo shake, 2 chocolate shakes, and one vanilla shake. I kindly said to the girl that I was missing an Oreoshake as she handed me the second chocolate shake I let her know that it was supposed to be Oreo. She just said, well IAccidentally made a chocolate instead of Oreo and proceeded to hand me the chocolate one. She never offered to make me thecorrect one. Just basically implied that chocolate is what she made and that?s what I?m getting. She did go make the extra shakethat she forgot to make, but she should have corrected the mistake she made. Oh, and I only got 3 straws for 5 shakes. Also, Noteven 1 of the tacos had any taco sauce or cheese on them. They were plain meat and lettuce. They literally tasted likecardboard. It was terrible. Don?t tacos come with cheese? I?ve never had to ask for cheese before. 20 tacos?. 0 cheese. I don?tnormally leave bad reviews because I know people make mistakes. But this is getting ridiculous. Everywhere I go, people can?tget off of their phones long enough to pay attention to what they are doing. Your employees need to take more pride in theirjobs. I pay for my food and I expect to get what I ask for. Not what you feel like giving me. I guess I should start pulling upto the drive through window and say, ?Just give me whatever you think I need to eat. Because you won?t give me what I want.? Read more
