I have never been served by anyone in pajamas at a restaurant. The cashier acted like she was high and didn't know how to run... machine and argued with customer in front of us. I hope the owners read this review and fire your staff. Also need to cleandining area. I'd hate to see the kitchen. Read more

It was a clean place, ladies were very nice food was mid. I'd give it a 4/10 and that's just bcuz the ladies were nice

My family has always enjoyed eating at Dickey while traveling as we no longer have one in our city. We ate at Mabank, TX around... 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon. We were the only customers in there at the time. The two staff members were very nice. Iordered a two piece meat plate, chicken and pulled pork. My sides were baked beans and potatoe casserole. The meats, bakedbean and rolls were COLD. I have always enjoyed the fresh rolls...not this night. They were cold and hard. My husband choseribs, potatoe salad, baked beans and a roll. Whereas the ribs were somewhat warm, everything else was cold. With only twopeople in the restaurant, I would have expected them to pay a little more attention to our order. Food nasty, hard wrong and the lady over charged us on food, after reporting online to Dickies they had the manager from the... store call me BTW was rude as heck and gave me a wrong number to call for corporate. Our food was cold nasty and old tasting,charged us wrong and disappeared to back so we couldn't ask for help cause they were too busy in the back rather than beingupfront with their customers for maybe a drink or issues. He goes to tell me corporate told him to call me but he was sodisrespectful and rude. Be careful. Was contacted by owner GUY he apologized. Lol When I return I will see if it's anydifferent. Service was great food was horrible. Ribs were so tough the dog couldn't eat them , fries were so burned kids wouldn't eat them... same with the nuggets.. The whole order was bad. Read more

RUN AWAY!! Do not even try to eat here. There was so much wrong with my order it's almost too long to write, but you deserve to... hear it. The order: 6-piece ribs, brisket and cheese sandwich, order of fries. Easy, right? What I received: 6 cold, dry,"smoked" chicken wings? Where's the ribs i paid for? They looked and tasted like they were smoked over charcoal, blech (seepic). Brisket sandwich with dry meat, no cheese and limp raw onions instead of crispy. Cold, soggy, undercooked, unseasonedfries. Wouldn't answer their phones at all. Was a 30-minute round trip so wasn't going back without talking to them first.Anyway, they don't deserve the Dickey's franchise. Was a totally disgusting overpriced sham. People deserve edible food fortheir hard-earned dollars. If you can't/won't provide that, then close your doors. Read more

We ordered Dickey's via DoorDash. The order specifically asked what type of BBQ sauce we wanted and we were able to choose two... (we could have paid extra for more than two). The description also said pickles and onions included (we could have also paidextra for more). We received our food and there was absolutely no BBQ sauce in the order, not to mention no pickles or onions. I was very disappointed because I am the person who does not eat BBQ without BBQ sauce. I can handle no pickles, but reallywanted them. I cannot handle with no BBQ sauce. It basically ruined our meal $50+ later. I called the restaurant to let themknow that I was very upset about this because I couldn't eat this food we just spent so much on. The person on the phone askedme why I was being rude. I did not raise my voice, I did not cuss, I was upset of course, but by no means was I rude enough forhim to make this comment to me. I let him know that I was not being rude and that I was very upset that I couldn't eat my lunchnow and the purpose of my call was to let him know the store ruined my lunch and I wasted my money. He then said to me, "Ididn't call you being rude, why are you calling me being rude?" I let him know I felt his customer service was horrible and youshould never say that to a customer. He basically told me too bad and he would have done for me if I had been nicer. I thenasked for the manager. To my shock, he told me he was the manager. I then asked for the owner and he literally hung up on me. I attempted to call back and he apparently took the phone off the hook. Again, I did NOT raise my voice, cuss, call anyone anynames, etc. This was ridiculous and the most horrible customer service I have experienced in quite some time. In severalprevious reviews I read about the rudeness at this restaurant of another employee. I wonder where they learned it or why theywould think being rude to customers is acceptable?
