The last 5 times I have ordered delivery it is never within the time frame they say. Always 30-50 minutes later. And always... cold. They forget sauces or drinks?.always something missing. Think I?m done giving this place any more chances. Read more
Made a bigger order with this location. They forgot all dipping sauces that were on the receipt. Called and let them know. Was... told call the corporate number by a girl that had no remorse. The order was ready when i arrived......buuuuut when i got home realized it was incorrect. I'm not the type of person to go back... and complain. So just make sure your order is right before you leave. Yet all the food was hot and fresh. Read more
The food was on point, the staff was friendly, the wings had extra sauce which was awesome and those voodoo fries were fire..
Order food to pick it up, told me to wait for about 45-50 minutes. Ok, so I wait. When I get there and pick up the food after... waiting for almost an hour, come home to find they are missing a part of my order. Not only is this the slowest wing stop formiles but seem to forget or mess up orders too much for my liking. I won?t be going back, I?d rather drive an extra 5 minutes tothe next one. Plus, I called them and went to a ?Automated Hold? for a very long time. When an employee finally picked up all hesaid was ?Wingstop please hold?. So I go from being on hold, to being told to be on hold. There wasn?t a single person in thestore when I picked up the food. I honestly don?t understand. I ordered delivery, and received the order within their timeframe. It was hot, and the food was organized and packaged well, but... it was short 1 order of the veggie sticks. I ordered 4 different flavors of the boneless chicken wings. They all tasted good,but the standout were the Korean ones - delicious! They were crispy on the outside, and perfectly cooked inside. The others werevery soggy, literally swimming in sauce - it was way too much; I would have rather had them with that crispy crust instead.Anyway, maybe if you like crispy wings order your sauce separately. The boneless wings were plump and meaty, but for me there'sjust something about boneless wings that just let's me down; I always feel like I could make these things at home in mymicrowave oven. They always remind me of food I'd make for a kid for a weekend lunch. Why did I order them? I just thought I'dgive 'em a shot. Maybe their bone-in wings are better. Anyway, my consensus?
