Overall save yourself the trouble and if you want good quality BK go everywhere else especially at night....the night staff... especially the manager has the worst attitude ever. I have already reported her to corporate. I wanted jalapeno poppers and shesaid they were out ...she didn't even offer a substitution I was like fine and then it didn't end there ...she kept berating meand calling me "evil " and that I need "Jesus". She had the most disgusting ever in customer service. I will never come back tothai BK cause of her I will gladly make the drive to Westchester cause the manager there is actually awesome and accomodating.Even countryside location is better then this. Don't ever come to thai BK at least at night . Morning crew and lunch crew seemto be ok don't know if that same manager ever works nights only though so it's best to avoid this BK until she gets fired. Horrible night staff. I?ve came more than once and they?re always so rude. I was ordering and trying to let them know I had a... coupon and saying what the coupon was and he cut me off and screamed what?s the code. After ordering, I said thank you. Noresponse. After getting my food, I said thank you again. No response. And this isn?t the first worker who?s treated me like thisand I always treat them with respect because I also work in customer service. I?m not sure who works their but they get my order wrong every time. They put very little ice in your drinks. It seems like... no-one works their and also whenever you pass through the night it seems that they closed down, but whenever through the drivethrough they might not or sometimes answer you. Smooth experience everytime. The staff gets put in crazy situations due to the app having options not available in that... particular store so I've seen customers get very aggravated and it is not the workers fault. Staff seemed nice! But the food is not good at all food is so dry and no flavor the only good thing might be the nuggets or... whopper the spicy chicken sandwich is horrible! Don?t get it literally tastes like a frozen food you?ll buy at Aldi or from agas station the meat was hard to chew also the mozzarella sticks are not good at all either! Read more
I honestly can't fathom why this place has such bad reviews. I've stopped here multiple times over the past year & every time... the food has been on point. The place is also clean, having the best burger king bathroom I've ever seen & the janitors seem tocome out & mop every hour. Food quality wise this is one of those Burger King gems that make the perfect burger with qualityingredients every time. Outside of the burgers things aren't as good, but still better than most Burger Kings. The buns arefresh as well as soft which is awesome. Decor wise it's your standard modern BK. From what I can tell everything looks to benewly renovated. Overall you won't be disappointed coming here. I drove all the way home but I was too lazy to drive all the way back to get a refund and I am also not confrontational when it... comes down to fast food because you never know what's going to happen. But the pickles on the Burger was what made me throw thewhole meal away. I Ordered extra pickles & Literally all of the middle pieces of the pickles was gone, and there was nothing butthe crust of the pickles on my Burger....
