House Burger15 1/2 pound ground C.A.B., adagio, bacon onion marmalade, tomato, iceberg lettuce, fried egg, pretzel bun Let me... just say, the is a must!! This was crazy good! All of the favors go together so well! Quality ingredients and cookedperfect! Oh and the cheesecake, it was so fluffy and light! The best cheesecake ever! Reviews seem to be all over the place so maybe it is an issue with consistency, possibly during busy times, however my... experience was solid. As Statesboro has limited fine dining options at this point we wanted to try something different. Elementsdid not disappoint overall. The appetizers were great (oysters and crab dip), entrees good (Pork Osso Bucco as well as a meatand cheese board) and creme brulee to finish off the meal was worth it. A few small reasons I would give four instead of fivestars l, and I will say it is more of being critical than most people would be and not due to issues of service or poor qualityfood. First, while the Pork Osso Bucco was solid, I have had better versions elsewhere. This is not to say it was bad just notthe best I have had (out of probably 6-12 different variations). Second, while the meat and cheese board was good, it felt thatsome aspects could be improved, specifically the cheeses (one was a cheddar) and possibly the addition of a honeycomb (ratherthan on the water crackers since these seemed soft and were not used). Fine cuisine with a southern flare. This place is posted in the center of Lyons, but brings a cultured, welcoming environment... that contrasts the Southern lifestyle that surrounds it. Great service, often featuribg a live pianist, and prices that are bothaffordable and reasonable, Elements is the perfect location for a romantic outing, yet at the same time is a great place for arefined family outing. We had a group dinner there. Everyone seemed satisfied. Great appetizers, we had one of each, the meat and cheese board was... very good. I had a filet cooked perfect. Service and atmosphere very nice. Teri, Clint and Anna have definitely made thisdiamond in the rough sparkle. Great food great experience. Read more

Wonderful food and lovely atmosphere! Our waitress was kind and attentive. Loved the real candlelight at the table, and the... upstairs outdoor area is quite relaxing. Prices are a bit high. Also, the menu is different from what I had found online, so Iwas disappointed when I saw that they no longer had Vidalia onion soup, but the meat & cheese board I got was delicious!
