The employees dropped me and my families pizza and did not want to make another one. Poor costumer service.

I am an Grubhub driver picking up an customers order. I was racially discriminate against by an Hispanic female employee. All... customers was either Hispanic or Spanish speaking customers. All employees was Hispanic or Spanish speaking employees. When Iarrived I had immediately walked in and stand adjacent to the cashier waiting for her to finish with an female customer. Thecashier looked at me several times but never acknowledged me, then went to the next customers in line. The cashier continued todo that until all customers in line was taken care of and lobby cleared. Then my husband came in to find out what was taken solong, the cashier asked him if he was picking up an order, my husband said no and before he could tell her that I was the onewaiting, the cashier walked off. The employee who is preparing the pizza came around and then acknowledged me by asking if hecould help me. I told him that I am picking up an Grubhub order, he said something in Spanish to the female employee and thenshe started to help with order. Another employee walked in with no face mask as well. The female employee also did not have facemask on. There is an sign on the door stating that even if your vaccinated mask still need to be weared. I took pictures of bothemployees and the door. Not one time I was rude or disrespectful to anyone and should not have to be treated the way I wasbecause I'm not the same race. Horrible service, confusing phone system, they can?t update you on your order status, waited for an order that was sitting on... the counter and did not get a courtesy call informing me my order was ready. Could not even reimburse me for the delivery feewhich I had to go and pick up instead. Completely unhappy and will never order from papa johns. Definitely needs a lot ofimprovement or just close. Now I?m stuck with a check for food I did not even get to enjoy. Read more
As I stood there for about 30 seconds without neither the girl at the cook table(Manager in Charge) nor the driver in front of... the oven paying attention to my presence. I stated: "Good evening." The girl turned and looked at me(seemingly annoyed) andsimply signaled me with her index finger "one minute". She did not care to speak a single word to me. Apparently, she justseemed annoyed being there. I waited as patiently as possible. When she finished making the pizza(painstakingly slow), shefinally came to the counter area. By this time, another customer had already entered and was not acknowledged either. She hadstood besides me(about 6 to 7 feet away from me) for about one minute. I stated my name and informed it was a paid online orderI was picking up. She once again seemed to not want to be there and brought my order to the counter after I stated once again ithad been paid online already. She looked it up on the computer anyways(even though I had informed her AND the label-next to myname-had $0.00 on it). But hey, who am I to judge...right!!! She handed me the order after I stated: "Thank you"...to which herreply was: "yeah". I asked for 3 Cheese and 1 Pepper to a reply of: "That's it!". Customer Service takes quite a bit of time tolearn for some people, yet to others it comes naturally. In THIS case...it was NEITHER!!! I believe a strong training sessionas well as several coaching sessions should be in store for this girl. Maybe then, she will at least have an idea of whatCUSTOMER SERVICE may be about. The pizza was MAYBE a 1 or 2 out of 10. The 3 Cheese side was a bit "WELL DONE" and thepepperoni side a bit greasy. The crust was quite thin for a hand toss pizza. The 4 TINY pepperoncinis (dry and greenishdiscolored-NOT yellow) were on TOP of the 3 Cheese side(for my young daughter who does NOT like peppers nor vinegar). Worst pizza ever very thin pizza I even told cashier if it was thin and she said no.
I use the papa John's app to order for carry out and never have any issues placing it, finding deals and picking up my order.... Also very friendly staff there. Delivery can be a wait and costly. Read more
Ok. I ordered a papa John's bowl. Once I got home, my bowl is beyond ridiculous and stupid. I came inside Friday, September 30,... around 1:10pm to place an order and it was a guy who took my order and made the bowl. I'm going to upload the photo and itlooks nothing like in the commercial announcement. I'm not saying it should look 100 percent like on TV commercials but at leastput some love in the food. I love Papa John's pizza. The slogan makes sense. But if there are employees who don't care abouttheir job, then I'm sorry, papa John's should just close their doors instead of having sorry of an excuse employees servingpathetic looking pizza or papa bowls.
