Consistently the slowest Wendy?s in the area, by far. The fries are never hot from this location. Be prepared to spend a minimum... of 15 minutes in the drive through. I just spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive through, there were 5-6 cars in front of me. Read more
Why are you guys always so busy? You have like 8 employees working at a time, yet the drive-thru line is always wrapped around... the whole building. You guys need to work on your efficiency. It takes 30+minutes to get food via drive thru anytime of the day. Main dining room is closed at the present time. Staff is... nice, although you get the hurry up place order / next feeling. Expect a LONG wait...the reviews are spot on. They will NOT take your order until they fulfill the one who ordered before... you...so lines are always backed up into the street. It's crazy...but we all keep coming back because it is the only Wendy'saround...though I figured out is is quicker to drive 15 minutes to Bothell and get your order there. Read more

Food is decent, but this is by far the longest I've ever waited in a fast food line. They will take an order and then not take... another order until that one is finished and gone. It takes probably up to 35 minutes if not more every single time for "fast"food. Avoid if you don't have a ton of time. Also dine in is never an option, only drive thru.
