I usually don't care too much about the staffs attitude, even though it is usaually rude and plain not respectful. I just want... to get in and out with my drink but today wasn't okay at all. On my walk to work I usually order on the mobile app.(keep in mindthe ordering was not closed). I get there and the sign read no mobile order ect. Okay, that's fine, I'll just cancel my order,go to my app can't find where to cancel it. I go up to the drive thru window(there were no cars) and make eye contact withemployees. They ignore me, I knock on the window and someone tells me I can't be there cause of safety hazard, I told them Iunderstood and just want to cancel my order, they tell me they can't and that I have to move. No alternatives, "we'll just makeur drink" or referring me to the corporate number to fix this issue. Horrible customer service. I ended up calling corporate andgot it all fixed but gotdamn. If you don't want to be a Starbucks batista, quit. Genuinely that's not how you treat people. Read more
Worst customer service. Usually Starbucks baristas are great but not at this location lately. The cashier got my order... completely wrong and I asked for a water which I didn?t receive. I didn?t bother to tell them the order was incorrect because itwasn?t worth the hassle but when I asked for a water from the other barista she acted like I was asking for the moon giving me adirty look and a sigh. I apologized and stated that I had asked but I think the first barista didn?t hear me at which thecashier that took my order originally shot me a dirty look. A close friend shared a recent anecdote sharing what felt to them was discriminatory service. Service that did not fulfill... patron needs such as in this instance serving a simple cup of water that was to be paid for even. But there?s reason to believethere was motive in the aggressive refusal considering class bias possibly because of the area. I don?t know much about coffeebeans and thin apron laces but I do know one thing. If someone came to my coffee square asking for water I wouldn?t even chargethem. Like it?s free.
