Disgusting. Completely disgusting. My dad and my mom went to the Starbucks there. They said excuse me ma?am. She didn?t even... turn. They thought she didn?t hear them so my dad just said are you closed and she replies with yes in a very rude way withouteven facing them. My mom asked her the reason behind not replying and she just ignored them. I understand that people have baddays and everything but that is no way to treat customers. Totally unprofessional. We went to this location to use our points to get a cup. As normal, we picked a cup and went up to the lady at the cashier. As... soon as I pulled my phone out and showed her to use my points all of the baristas were so rude to me and my wife. She continuedto say I could not use my points (which we both understand) but it was the fact that they were so rude to both of us andtreating us horribly just because this is what we normally do when we get enough points. How are we to know any different? Thecashier then asked a lady out of the store who did not have a uniform on how to get the points when she just told us very rudelyshe could not redeem them. I love starbucks. Been a fan and loyal customer so it does make me sad when I see someone who doesn?t embody the company and its... value to customers. I waited patiently in line, no customer behind me, all I wanted was a bag of espresso and a drink, but thewoman behind the counter today, now, didn?t even acknowledge me there or let me know hey Ill be with you in a second. I decidedi had to do other things so I put the bag of espresso away and left. While we walked away we noticed she was laughing toherself. I mean really. I've never had one good experience with this Starbucks. The lady with pink hair is very rude and impatient. My frappe was a snow... consistency and tasted like snow with chocolate chips. I've gotten coffee in my frappe before even after asking for it decaf. Read more
