Every time I give a Starbucks another chance, I am so disappointed. Ordering the most simple drink still magically gets messed... up. How do you make an iced coffee with no modifications not taste like coffee? Not sure if it?s the unclean mixed-use containerthey store it in or maybe they forgot to wash the cleaner out of the brewer, but they really need to improve their qualitychecks before serving coffee that has been contaminated with something else. Batista with an Australian accent stood and talked to an already assisted customer about random stuff for upwards of 5 minutes... while I stood behind the already assisted customer, not getting my order taken until the batista decided he was done chattingwith the, again, already asssited customer. I ordered a drink and the line was taking a very long time. Jaden greeted me with an apology for the long wait and gave me my... drink with a lil extra something to make up for the long wait. It was that kind of service that made this a 5 star review and agood experience regardless of the wait thank you Jaden and keep up the good work! Read more

They have a couple of grouchy sour old women working here. Likely management of course. Younger employees are great. Store would... do scores better without the older employees who think it's their corner shop in a third world country. They do not belong.Either get rid of them or make them work under younger. Their kind need to be reminded every now and then that they don't ownthe place and customers aren't their kids to be disrespected or bullied around. Read more

Don't mobile order through here and plan to pick up in store because half the time their lobby is closed. And their line takes... forever to get through. They need to turn off their mobile orders if they can't do lobby pick up. Read more

I meant to place an order through the mobile app for this location, but accidentally selected the other location also on 164th.... I showed up and they asked for the name on my order at the pickup window. After they realized my mistake, they confirmed myorder on my mobile app and immediately made every singe item for me. I got $30 worth of coffee and food made in 5 minutes flat.Every worker was beyond kind and truly made my morning. They could have turned me away and told me to go to the other location,which was not possible for me since I work in the same complex as this one. I was extremely grateful. Let me start by saying this is not the first time... Came in today the store looked dead, not busy at all, I go to the counter... to order and the employees look at me, then look away and continue to chat amongst themselves, giggling and speaking quietly toeach other... they tell me they'll be right with me and then continue to chat with each other! Finally they take my order andseem like they're hardly listening to what I'm saying, seem very unfriendly and when I get my drink it is made wrong... My drinkbeing made wrong is no big deal, the customer service here seems to consistently be really poor, it doesn't even feel like I'min a starbucks!! How is this happening every time I've come here, is there no manager or supervisor checking on the store??? Read more

Disappointed with the service. Cashier didn't ask if I'd like to use my app, so I missed stars on a coffee and a package of Via... instants. Then the barista failed to alert me to my finished coffee. Sat there on the counter getting old and cold. A hordeof employees more intent on chit chatting amongst themselves than caring for customers. Update: I added two stars. Starbuckscorporate customer service saw this review and went out of their way to make good. I didn't have the receipt, but they found away to add stars to my account. What I really hope is that they (gently) persuade the local outlet management staff to sharpenthe in-store experience just a little. Read more
