Reviews for Kismet Turkish Cafe & Bakery in Lynnwood, WA
This was the first time I tried Turkish desserts. Baklava is excellent and others are ok. Can try out once.
I definitely recommend this cafe! The cardamom honey latte was SO GOOD (and they were able to accommodate non-dairy milk, too,... for my boyfriend). It was handmade and tasty. They definitely know their niche. I also got the spinach-feta borek, which wasdeliciously spiced and surprisingly filling. Plus, everyone who worked there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Next time,I?m going try the Turkish delights ? they looks like tasty little jewels. Yum! Read more
Our first time there since I have been craving Turkish sweets recently. I was disappointed that it was a very small place with... limited desserts. Only three workers. They had a good size line when we arrived there at 2:30 pm, the server were very friendlybut you can tell they are stressed out because of the # of customers. I would say a bit pricy but very tasty. Turkish latte was very good but not as hot as I would?ve liked it. The baklava was very delicious.
Always stop by here whenever we're at the Alderwood mall, for their Borek and desserts. And of course, their latte!! Super... friendly staff and line moves quickly. We almost always order their potato mozzarella or spinach feta Borek. Turkish delights inpineapple and rose flavors are a favorite. The mango ones are nice too. Baklava tastes amazing but can be soggysometimes. Their honey cardamom latte is pure genius. Also love their sea salt caramel latte! Read more

I live in the Newcastle area, so going to Alderwood Mall was a bit of a drive. I?m very glad I went tho, cuz today I?ve... discovered a very nice Turkish cafe inside the mall. I ordered a Turkish coffee expecting it was gonna be bitter, but it wasNOT! It?s rich and smooth! I was told by the owner that the Turkish delight were from Istanbul, and let me tell you?.. they areas good as they look! Beautiful and delicious. None of that powdered sugar overly sweet stuff that you find in other stores.Friendly owner and helpful staffs, excellent service! Read more
I recently went to Kismet while in the Alderwood mall and had an amazing pastry and a Turkish coffee while exploring. I was... shocked to learn that they?re being squeezed out of the mall by Starbucks by the end of the month. It really is a shame becausethe dine-in experience and quality is truly amazing. I hope the owner is able to continue stay because it adds so muchdimension and unique atmosphere to a mall that really needs more than Starbucks at every single entrance. Highly recommendspending your time and money here to support the owner who you can tell really cares. Read more
