Thinking we might avoid the horrible service/quality from the two other locations near our home, we thought we'd try this... location thinking things would be different. We were wrong. The sandwiches were woefully undercooked. Not just "cold when we gotthem home", but literally undercooked with overly soft sourdough buns. Is this a district-wide issue? Read more
Yeah hey, I walked a mile and a half to find the door locked, dining room dark and chairs upside-down on the tables. At 4:30 am,... you can imagine how disappointed you'd be to realize no breaky or coffee. Google has Jack being 24/7 but it's not a reality. Tried Dennys but they were closed too, Kinda ugly, huh? Took 20 minutes to make the food only for it to be not what I ordered and it was all cold. Went back to get the right sandwich... and it was still cold. Cheese wasn?t melted. They were all just standing around and not doing much of anything. Read more
