I went to this location for the last time. Employees standing around and my order was completely wrong. Asked for a grande... sausage burrito got a meat lover burrito. Every time we order off the app for delivery from this location I have missing items. Then its 20 minutes trying to figure out... how to get a refund request, call the location phone just rings and rings. No area anywhere to fill out for missing items. Haveto email corporate with all the info and wait 2 months to be refunded. It's not even small things. How can you forget everydrink for the order?! I used to love jack in the box but this location has totally turned me off of the whole place. Orderingfrom here is just playing dice to see what food you get. Read more
What a terrible experience! Went through the drive-thru, and the speaker wasn't working correctly. The voice was garbled. Next... thing I know, the girl taking my order is yelling at me, "what do I want?!". I tell her that I want the 7 combo medium. Again,garbled noise. I tell her somethings wrong and she's yelling again, "what size do you want?" I just say the rest of my order andshe tells me to pull up. When I pull up, I get a Mexican girl with nothing but attitude. I politely try to tell her that thespeaker box doesn't work. She mumbles something about having the mic away from her head, and dismisses the rest of theproblem. I shake my head, take the food and drink (which was a soda, when I ordered lemonade, and she says lemonade as she handsit to me), and get out of there. Worst experience ever. Came through the drive through. Was told they are ONLY ACCEPTING CASH?!! Woman barely acknowledged me... WHEN I CAME THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH. I was more a a nuisance because her phone and texting was more important than the customer -Not to mention I was the only one there when I arrived. Best part. The burger bun was stale and the patty was 1/2 dry andhard!!! French fries were hot but STALE. Like they were refried after sitting for a long time. What they were to busy WITH ONECUSTOMER to not serve fresh food? Lame. If I have to dig out cash next time I will chew on my five dollar bill because it'sabout the same flavor... Read more
Well tacos were overcooked an extra greasy, far more than usual... an both were broken from the tool used to pull out of the... fryer. Just a mess made with my food, I ended up just tossing them cause they were too greasy for my taste. Read more
Waste of time and money. Fries were drier than the grand canyon and colder than the Artic. Just because I show up at night... doesn't mean you give me "drunchies" ... Completely stale fries older than my grandma and my burger might as well have came outthe fridge. Jack in the box is usually pretty good...but this place is the complete opposite. Don't go. Read more
This location needs to get checked by a health department. I noticed there was another review about bad food within this last... week. Don't eat here unless you want to run the risk of getting sick. Otherwise, it's just your usual jack in the box. Try theother one in the area, service and food was fine! *UPDATE* I called the store to tell them about my experience and they didnot care AT ALL. I ask to speak to a manager and they said that there wasn't one available. They wrote down my name and numberbut I'm not confident they'll call me back. Overall this has been a horrible experience.
