My husband and i just had THE BEST five guys experience we?ve ever had. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers that tasted fresh, meaty,... buns perfect, amount of sauce was perfect too. The cajun fries were perfectly seasoned, crispy outside but soft inside. Thestrawberry milkshake was also soooo yummy, we got a lot of that strawberry pieces. Honestly, we kept saying ?This is so good? aswe were eating. Because of the many many times we ordered from Five Guys, there?s always something that was missing. Wow, have been coming here for 9+ years and today was totally disappointing. They had 6 people behind the counter but moved... incredibly slowly. My sandwich was done before the other one in our order and they let it sit out, not wrapped, for severalminutes before slowly wrapping it (and it sat still for another 4ish minutes). The fries were also disappointing, cooked welland tasty, but that extra fry dump that they're known for was about five fries. With so many people working I would haveexpected them to be more efficient. They were also out of ketchup. Overall just a really disappointing experience, especiallywhen the bill was $27 for a grilled cheese, a plain little hamburger, two drinks, and a regular fry. Read more
Good clean environment, friendly staff, willing to explain the menu if your new to five guys. I really like that there are... numerous items that you can choose to add to your burger for free. For example, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. And thenthere are some that you will pay for. We find that the small french fry is enough for us to share because they give you so much.All told for a fast food burger place. This is one of the best. If you have any doubts, go in and read all the referrals fromthe newspapers around the country. Read more
It has been a long time since I have been to Five Guys. This was simply delicious. The burger was juicy and loaded with... flavor. The fries were out of this world. It really needs to be a much shorter time before my next visit. Read more
The food was WONDERFUL, as always! But I was very disappointed that out of 19 people in the building. Only ONE person was... wearing his mask under his nose. And it just had to be the employee that was wrapping the sandwiches. He was talking loudly(transmission of germs!) and throwing pieces of food at another employee. Everyone else was very professional. His mask was downthe entire time I was there :-( Read more
I love this place, one of the best burguers on my opinion. The fries fried on the peanut oil are awsome too
You have to ask for peanuts. Staff is so friendly
