Food is consistent, staff is uncommunicative with customers, and the wait time here after placing a pickup order was terrible... (add an extra 20 minutes after the time given on the order). Watched staff chase down a customer they thought had the wrongbag, when it was a table error. Read more
Love their breading on their chicken tenders, but the regular need more seasoning. The spicy tenders are the perfect amount of... heat and flavor. Their mac and cheese is good and not super dry like some can be and their rolls are fluffy and sweet. Overall areally good meal and lots of options. Read more
Hit or Miss now. Been coming here for 5 years. Chicken tender quality has gone down since new ownership, saggy fries. Guaranteed... chewy/dry pieces in every batch. Want to call it in? Instead of asking your arrival time, you're given 10min ETA regardless, amI ordering teriyaki?? Interacted with multiple rude/unhappy employees in the past 4-6 months. I don't get it. I was visiting from out of town & looking for a place to eat near my hotel. Saw the good ratings so figured it... must be good. I ordered 3 piece combo w 3 chicken breasts to go (coleslaw & mashed potatoes). I didn't get 3 chicken breasts inmy order. I got various other pieces. The pieces are somewhat hard to distinguish as they are so covered in thick breading. Somuch so that a part of a piece of chicken (or what looks like a piece of chicken) turns out to be breading entirely all the waythrough with no chicken at all!!. After I peeled through the breading on another part, the chicken was scalded and very driedout. Anyway, I just didn't think it tasted very good and I didn't get what I ordered. If you like tons of breading (almost asmuch or more than actual chicken in some cases) then this might be your place...but I just wasn't a fan. Read more
This is strictly to Ezell"s in Lynnwood. I Kept telling myself not never come here again and again but because it's on the way... the only reason I stopped yesterday for a quick meal. I'm so disappointed. I thought they will chsnge and get better overtimebut to my surprise they're still in business when they treated their's customers so badly. Both food and the service here arethe worse, horrible. They make me felt like I was begging for their's food every time I come here. Rude rude and rude. Can'tfind a right word to describe how rude they really are and how bad they made me feel. ????. Who's really knows. Their's managerneeds to know about their employees or maybe they're all the same.
