Awesome time there !! We had 4 little boys and 6 adults... the pizza was delicious. The salad bar was fantastic The animated... characters played on stage often and Chuck E. Cheese came out to the play area for the kids which was a huge treat. The staffwas super friendly and kind. Employees super friendly, the place was clean, and they had working animatronics which is super rare now! The stuffed crust... pizza was top notch, they lee and my kids sit in the birthday area since it was empty to see the animatronics in action, thesalad bar was on point, and they gave us a free balloon and free rides on the toys when they were testing them. We organized my son?s 3rd birthday party. We gave cake to the server to keep in refrigerator until cake cutting time. Don?t know... what happened but someone just messed up with the cake and it came out as smashed cake. We made this customized cake speciallyand they simply ruined our birthday cake. Secondly we gave our veg pizza order 3 days prior to our party date and just in thetime when lunch was served at other tables we asked for our pizza since the kids were hungry and at 1:20pm (party was from12:30-2:30) the manager came to us and said we are out of green peppers so what should I make? Like seriously?? Is this the timeto ask us what to make? The server was horribly rude and she was like we have other parties and walk in guests we need to servethem first!! Lady we paid for the party not sitting there for free. We had given prior order with our toppings just so thatpizza would be served on time to the kids. Lack of communication, co ordination and very bad Service. It just completely ruinedmy son?s mood and it was a chaos. Worst experience!!!! Read more
