Ordered the BLT, sweet potato fries, and a Mr pib and the soda was the ONLY good thing! Payed 30$ for mine and my partners food,... burger was dry and salty and fries were half soggy half burnt. First time at this place and my last Read more

Severely over priced. $6 for a tiny basic burger that?s super plan tasting. Plus 6.99 more to make it a combo. I get it?s a mall... but you can get a better burger & meal at any A&W in a mall, and I am not even a huge fan of them. If you don?t mind smallportions and higher prices you will be fine. Read more

Good food, the Caliburger in Shoreline is LEAGUES better. Staff don't look rushed, and they offer special sauce as an... option. Nobody here asked for my order, and after waiting a minute I reluctantly used the console to order, not one personlooked me in the eye. Read more

The staff was nice, ordering went perfectly fine. I didn't wait long. It was the food that was bad. Got a BLT chicken burger,... added avocado. They didn't add bacon to my BLT but heaps of avocado and lettuce, and the chicken tasted undercooked in themiddle. I immediately spit it out. I won't be going back. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a take out restaurant. Literally waited over an hour and had to ask atleast four times about... the order. I asked for a refund because I had to leave and they would not give me one. Lady just scrolled on the computerignoring me. I had to write down my order because they lost it and even then took an additional 35 minutes. After all that foodwas awful, soggy fires, missing chicken tender. I?m not a difficult person but wow these employees amazed me. I don?t think theywere going to do anything but ignore me. On top of that you tip before you get your food so I tipped these incompetent people 20percent. Save yourself an hour of your life and from terrible food and eat anywhere else. Read more

Worst experience ever. Tried to order on their kiosk screen, which was complicated and hard to figure out. I didn?t want a drink... with my burger and fries but it didn?t have an option for that (at least that I could find). Finally had to ask for help and thewoman working there got mad that I couldn?t figure it out and rudely made the change. Food wasn?t bad but I?ll never come backdue to the rudeness of the staff. This woman not only cost you my business but also the business of as many friends andneighbors as I can personally manage. I was there on June 12 at about 5:45 pm. Read more

First off, their burgers are a delicious fast food option. Apparently people compare them with In-N-Out burger. I am not sure... about the comparison however the burgers remind me of a better version of those McDLT burgers from the 90's because the veggiesare super fresh on a decent burger patty. These burgers are however much better that one McDonald's could turn out. Calibirgerbuns aren't toasted but it works well because the veggies stay cold while the burger is hot. The customer service and checkoutexperience are substandard which is why I removed a star. I, along with every other person who approached the counter, wasignored by the staff and confused by the self-order touch screen experience. The staff wasn't friendly but at least theyaccomidated my request for signature sauce for my onion rings. I did get a bad look for requesting extra napkins. I also got ahandful of ketchup packets even though I said I wasn't interested when asked if I wanted at the counter. I literally said no andshe still dumped a bunch of packets in ???? Paying attention to customer responses would likely lead to less waste but maybethey were busy. Read more

In Seattle, this is probably the closest thing you can get to In-N-Out. I absolutely love In-N-Out, but by all means that... doesn't mean that Cali Burger is close to In-N-Out's level whatsoever. Out of all the places to eat in the food court atAlderwood Mall, for some reason I always gravitate towards Cali Burger. I mean, they're alright, but I usually get some frenchfries, and a cali double burger with bacon and grilled onions. Presentation wise, everything looks pretty similar to In-N-Out,but taste wise, not so much. The burger is kind of bland and really lacks texture and flavors. I really wished the buns weretoasted, but I do appreciate the generous amount of lettuce. The fries on the other hand are pretty good though. They're prettycrisp and have a very delicous and generous amount of seasoning! Overall, everything is just alright, but still satisfies myneeds. It definetly is the closest substitute to In-N-Out up here in Washington, but again, nothing like In-N-Out. Read more
