Our kids love the Lynwood Barnes & Noble store for their great selection of not only children?s books, but also other STEM... sets. In addition, there is a reading corner where children can come to read selected books. The only drawback is the lack ofchairs and often you have to sit on the floor. Read more

Horrible service, I don?t know where you find such horrible people to make managers. Tess with the blue hair is just awful with... customer service and care. What does it take to actually hire people who are nice, social and like to work? I usually never gointo this store because of there horrible service and today was no different. If you ever wondered why people say retail is deadjust go to Barnes and nobles and experience Tess with the blue hair you?ll have a clear reason why people feel this way. PLEASEhire better staff and managers !!! Read more

One of the female employees started following me all over the entire store. It quickly became pretty clear what she was doing.... She obviously assumed I was there to steal from them. It was awkward, uncomfortable and honestly hurt my feelings. She followedless than 5ft from me through the ENTIRE STORE. I felt so embarrassed. Never returning to this location. F- Read more

Let me introduce you to Bait & Switch: The Barnes & Noble Cafe. We went there tonight, ordered three turkey sandwiches and... drinks: $43. Here is a picture of what we ordered (about six slices of turkey) and what we received (two slices of turkey). When we brough this to the attention of the cafe, they laughed and said, "Everything is a scam, ha ha." When paying for themeal we were told this was not a starbucks location, they only sold Starbucks coffee. We bought $140 worth of books. At theregister we asked who managed the cafe and were told by the Barnes & Noble manager that it was a Starbucks location and theymanaged themselves. So, a total of 45 minutes in this place and we were intentionally scammed by the cafe, lied to by Barnes &Noble employees, and spent $183. I won't step foot in this place ever again. Read more

One of our favorite "go to" book stores. One of the nicer ones in the area. We primarily use it for the young adult section and... rarely has it let us down. There is a nice kids section and Starbucks inside with plenty of seats available. Read more

The only complaint is they were doing construction while open so that was a bit loud and distracting. Which isn't the staffs... fault, but he aware of you were looking for a quiet place to find a book and relax for what looks like another month ofconstruction. Your average brick and mortar book store. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Let you sit and read themagazines while the other half searches for a certain book. Read more

Always clean and the staff is super helpful! Even during the current remodel, they are making sure it's safe to navigate and... easy to find the books you are looking for. The remodel is providing a really modern look to the space, and of course the coffeeis always good ???? Read more

Nice medium sized bookstore and easy enough to navigate. There?s a Starbucks inside and a small play area with small stage and... puppets for kids to play with. We saw a lot of sales which I liked! We saw many books displayed with mental health andself-help, self-motivate theme which I like, so that was good. Clean bathroom, staff we encountered was friendly enough. Read more
