Reviews for Baekjeong Lynnwood in Lynnwood, WA
We had a wonderful time here. Only waited 15 minutes at 8pm on Friday night. Sever was great and all the meat was delicious. We... (four of us) had the large pork and beef combo. Was a great time chatting over an hour or so, enjoying the bbq and soju. Wouldlove to come back. Read more
Finally, some good quality kbbq in the Lynnwood area.\n\nWent here on a weekday with a friend. The wait wasn?t long at all, just... 10 minutes after putting our names on the waitlist we got a text saying our table was ready. Front-of-house staff greet you witha hearty ?annyeong hasaeyo? upon entering which is a new type of hospitality that I didn?t expect from local kbbq in Lynnwood. Our table was already set up with all the banchan when we sat. Our server was Seunghee. She grilled nearly all of our meat forthe entirety of the dinner and was very easy to talk with. While giving us stellar service, she was also balancing betweenserving 3 other tables which I thought was really impressive. When your server is occupied, other members of staff will checkand cook your meat for you in order to ensure your meat is cooked perfectly. My only complaint is that the table was just alittle small so it felt crammed when we ordered the ????(seafood pancake) and the kimchi stew. Otherwise, I?m very happy withthe experience and can?t wait to come again :) Read more
After reading the reviews I felt there were some unjust reviews and frivolous good ones. This place is pretty good, but I must... say I came mid-week so the wait was pretty minimal. Still, it was busy. The staff is courteous, but there should be more, especially if the expectation is for the waitstaff to cook the table food, which, if you are a fan of korean BBQ, you shouldlearn to manage the grill to your preference. The banchan is lackluster and on the sweet side, but that\'s pretty standard inAmerica. My kimchi stew either had boiled down too long or was the bottom of the pot. Too much onion, not enough broth, but theflavor and spice were on par. Weekend goers, expect a wait, and if you truly expect your waiter to man your grill, expect to bedisappointed. They do not have enough staff for that. Otherwise, the food is decent and staff is friendly. Read more
Great food, reasonable priced. I specifically enjoyed the service. The server changes the grill pan often and do most of the BBQ... cooking for us. Recommend to come with larger group 4-6 people Read more
We went there yesterday (Thursday) 6:30 pm and the wait time is around 1.5-2 hours. There?s a mall around so we wandered for 1.5... hours and it?s ready.\nThe service is actually very good but the meat quality is not that good as expected. Hopefully they canget improved later. Read more
Not the best timing to be here now. Today we waited for almost 2 hours to be seated. Service was ok but grilling skill was not... ok. She asked us how we like our meat cooked? We said medium rare but all beef came overcooked even pork they tried to servemeat for us and gave me a piece of fat oil?steam egg or seafood pancakes not recommended?the worst thing was their employeespilt the leftover bin on my pants? what a wonderful dinner I have today? Don?t waste your time to go. Basically they don?t care about your own time and let anybody(mostly influencers) to cut the line.... Food is not very fresh, bad management and untrained staff. I don?t know how much they paid to those five star reviews which isso fake.???? Read more
We had a great experience at Baekjeong. We went on a Saturday night at 5:15 and the wait time was about 40 minutes which was... reasonable. Our server, Phillip, was attentive and made sure our meat was cooked properly and we had refills on the sidesdishes. He was great at explaining everything. We had the thinly sliced beef brisket, seafood pancake, and a lunch box. Thequality of the beef was very good. The pancake was cooked perfectly, especially the squid. Often times it\'s overcooked and thesquid is chewy and rubbery. Lunch box was delicious and fun to shake! Read more
