WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION I've ever been to in the entire country. Continuously rude immature employees, always closed, or doing... "digital orders only." They turn away serving in-person customers to goof off and take their time fulfilling online orders forpeople who won't be there for another 20 minutes to pick it up. From what it looks like, they aren't succeeding with digitalfulfillment either. Read more
I?m truly never one to write reviews I work in retail but the service at this Chipotle is so awful it?s really inexcusable..... Orders are never ready until 15-30 minutes after the promised time (although there?s never a line because they never take instore orders) and then when you get your burrito with extra chicken for $3.75 more you?re lucky to get maybe 5 pieces and therice may as well be beads. Please DO NOT waste your time getting food here especially if you?re in a time crunch because you?llend up either running late or abandoning your food. I frequent this location multiple times a week and have a great experience every time. The food is great and the employees are... friendly and helpful. They occasionally have issues with the POS system but are very accommodating and my order is perfect everytime. A+ Read more
This is the 2nd time in the past two weeks where I order off the app and when I get there, they tell me to call a 800# for a... refund. What! Why does the app take my order? I drive over on my gas, only to be turned away at the door!? I saw 4 employeespacking up when I showed up! I called and spoke with the manager, Brandon. Arrived @ 8:14 doors were closed. Hours are listed to be closed @ 10pm. Employees saw me try to open doors and laughed they... continued to horse around and looked like they were throwing food at each other.
