My family and I dined here after venturing away from the restaurants on the beach, which were super crowded. I had fried... grouper, which was delicious. One of my daughters had a burger, which was good, and my other daughter ordered pizza, which wasnot good at all. The server was courteous and attentive. It?s Monday evening, and I?m sitting at the bar enjoying Roasted Cauliflower and a cocktail at Funky Mermaid. It is delicious.... It?s one of my favorite ?go lightly? dishes. I enjoyed their Filet and Lobster special last Friday night. It, too, wasdelicious. The steak and lobster were both perfectly seasoned and cooked. The meal came with smashed potatoes and salad. We stopped here for a drink after a few hours of retail therapy. Sat at the oyster bar and talked to the chef. Drinks were... pretty good and the deviled eggs were amazing (sounds weird but try them!). We'll come back and try out tye oysters, burgersand pizza. Fun place. Definitely local. Read more
