I go to this location almost daily and pay the same way frequently with a large bill and never had any issues. EVER!! Today I... sat in the line which was wrapped around entire location and out on the road. Finally after 20-25 minutes waiting in line toorder I get to the window to pay for $30 of coffee and the girl at the window looked dumbfounded when I handed her the money(never have seen this girl) and she said something to someone and turned around and said umm I need smaller cash. I explainedthat?s all I had on me and she said umm I don?t know what to do because we don?t keep that much change. So literally had todrive off with my food and drink already made (guess it will go to someone for free). I then called and asked for the storemanagers name and was told a females name (won?t put on here) was quickly put on the phone and she was extremely rude and thenconveniently didnt know her district managers name it how to contact her because she is ?new?. If your the head manager it?spretty important to know who your boss is?.she continued to be rude and then said ?the bank doesn?t allow us to keep change fromthem?!!!!! WHAT!!! So now it?s the banks fault? Hmmmm she tried saying they don?t take large bills yet I do this at least threetimes a week and have never had an issue and let me say if you are only taking $20s per what she says ummm as someone who runs abusiness you then have plenty of $20s for change?..I know am not I loyal customer and will drive the extra two miles to the nextlocation. Try being polite to your customers and problem solve people!!!! Oh and drinks over the last week have consistentlybeen watered down and gross but kept giving them a chance. Read more

Mary at the drive thru is a top notch worker. I?ve been coming to this location for years. She has watched my dog and son grow... up through that window and she is a pleasure to see Every. Single. Time. Please give her a raise. She deserves it more thananyone else I know! Read more
I was a regular for at least a decade but in that time, the quality has declined, the quantity has declined, but the price has... increased. This little thing that costs $5.50 and the staff can't get the order right. Their white choc mocha is now nothing butcoffee, water, and milk from the taste of it. 1 pump, they said, but you can't even taste it! Greed perhaps???? Read more
Slow service every time. I love a delicious Starbucks coffee and willing to wait a standard time, however, this is the slowest... Starbucks in all of Bay county?in my opinion. No matter how many cars are in front or the time of day, it is always extremelyslow in my experience. Again, I frequent many different Starbucks, but this is somehow always the slowest. Read more
The staff is nice for the most part! That being said, unfortunately the drinks are inconsistent. I stopped going months ago... because of the drinks not being made well and they're NEVER the same. When I said something the first time it happened the girlgave me an attitude. It wasn't worth the fight, so I left. Every time I have tried to go back it's the same thing! I would notgo here if you're looking for a quality drink every time. Here is just one example of how it should look and what my daughteractually got.
