Usually only go to McDonald?s cause it?s quick and cheap, I haven?t had a good experience at the stores in years. Customer... service and quality are usually low. Not Lynn haven! Line was backed up and they were still pretty quick. The workers Icommunicated with had a smile on their face and good attitudes. Even the burger was decent! It?s nice to see a McDonald?s stillcare about customer service. It?s rare to find these days. Give these guys a raise, don?t have the audacity to pay them minimumwage. The smile alone makes this crew better then half the stores I?ve dealt with. Next time I crave McDonald?s I?ll go out ofmy way to come to Lynn haven. Read more
Placed a mobile order, waited 15 minutes curbside. Bags appeared to have correct items. Got home and my qtr pounder is a chicken... patty??? Not driving all the way back. Read more
Went through drive thru. Got to window and they asked me to pull up the white line. Six cars and 8 minutes later, I backed up... to the window. They said they were still making my mcrib sandwich. 10 minutes later got my food and went home. Half of mysandwich was still cold. Read more
The manager I dealt with was rude. He told me since all the toppings were technically on the Big Mac that they weren?t going to... remake it. There was nothing on the top level of sandwich at all. Read more
The order taker was a smart alack to me and I figured something was up when the person taking our money had a smirk and kept... looking back at her. The sweet tea I ordered was either the last of it or they put extra sweetener in it because as much as Ilove my sweet tea, it was actually TOO sweet! I took it home and added it to a half pitcher I had and it was still too sweet. Ihad to water that down to make it palatable. I guess if you're going to mess with someone's food, making it too sweet instead ofspitting in it is preferable. Read more
Got the spicy chicken sandwich. Took 2 bites and just happened to see the mold right next to the second bite I took. Definitely... cooling off the McDonald?s for a bit after that. Read more
McDonald's food is not that great. But when you're in a hurry and you need to eat something it does the trick. I have been here... many times both inside and also through drive-through and they are very friendly here it is always clean they have a publicbathroom and they always have my order right. They also have a play place for the kiddos. Read more
The fish sandwich the fish was so Small and only a half piec of cheese and almost no tarter sauce. The meat on the quarter... pound didn't look like it would have been a quarter pound it was so thin. If this is the future of all McDonald's, they won't get much of my business anymore. They have went up on price and cut the portions . Aside from the fries the other was almosttasteless. Read more
