We ordered for delivery a few nights ago. The order was cold and when I started eating my pizza I soon realized it had no sauce... on it. I asked my husband to look at it, thinking i was going crazy, and he agreed there was no sauce on the pizza. We doublechecked our order online and on the receipt and the pizza stated it was supposed to have sauce. Our total bill was like $50.This was my first time having Marco's and I was disappointed. The quality of food was not good at all, the food was cold, andour order was incorrect. When I called to ask for a refund they said they could give us a credit of $15 but it had to be usedwithin the month. I told the guy nicely and said I wasn't trying to be rude, but that I will never be eating at Marco's againand he said there was no way for them to give us a credit back to our card and he could only do the in store credit. Was served a pizza box that looked beat up, the pizza's cheese was shifted and hanging off multiple slices and I found enough... hairs to make me throw out the whole XL pizza before even finishing one slice. Pretty sure they dropped the pizza and stillchose to serve it. Will not be back to this Marco's location. Read more
Tonight was our first bad experience with Marcos Pizza in Lynn Haven. I tried to give them an opportunity to explain like maybe... there was a new employee that let little hard nuggets go out the door as an ok $9.99 product but they did not. I am terriblydisappointed. I had the opinion that Marcos hung the moon. I will miss ordering from them at least once a week. Read more

Prices for this pizza are not bad. My honey and his dad really like this pizza. They also deliver. Call them to find out their... specials. I highly recommend that you order in advance to avoid waiting in the store too long. They also deliver. When we camehere we waited about 15 minutes which wasn't bad. They have handicap parking right in front and also handicap access. Read more
