Whoever I spoke to which was a women is absolutely horrific when it comes to customer service . ACCUSED and HUNG UP ON. all... because they delivered our pizza to the wrong hotel. After a long 10 hour drive the last thing we wanted to do is get over on a10$ pizza . Screamed at my boyfriend when we kindly called to ask where our pizza was and she told us it was delivered andstarted screaming at us saying we won?t get over on them. Which we called the hotel next to the best western and theydefinitely had our pizza . So no . We actually didn?t get our pizza KRISTA. Read more

I would like to preface this with the fact that i was ordering food close to midnight. Nobody in their right mind wants to work... at a pizza shop that late, so some mistakes/forgetfulness is expected. I ordered 2 breadbowls, and when they arrived, one wassent without the bread bowl, and the other was literally just pasta, noodles, and bread, no sauce. This store is, BY FAR, my favorite Dominos! There is a manager at this store that gives the best customer service I have ever... experienced in fast food! I'm going to leave her nameless because this is the internet after all. But she has always done rightby me as a customer, no matter the situation. The staff will correct just about any mistake.
