0n 10/5, at 7:05, we ordered 2 3pc chicken strips deals. Over heard the cook say the con has been out for an hr. Got our meal &... returned our meal. Only thing was hot was the gravy. Cook informed us it will be 10 mins until meal is ready. Come on mam!!! Read more
Absolutely 100% garbage. $40 for 2 flame throwers plus 2 kids meals. My kids ate their food, unfortunately my wife and I went... hungry... only took one bite of each flame thrower and tasted cold spoiled meat. The fries also cold and under cooked. Service was slooooooooow, primarily because it looked like the place was entirely staffed by two ambivalent teenagers. Blizzards... were not mixed all the way through. The drive-thru speaker system has been TERRIBLE for months and they say they're aware, butthey never seem to fix it. Read more

Yikes.. this store has gone downhill.. i walked in for my lunch break.. very awkward welcome. All employees look confused &... distressed. The bathroom had no paper towels & toilet wouldn?t flush. The soda machine only had two sodas on the fountainoperating. I waited 25 minutes for my food which is when I finally asked about it. I didn?t get the correct sauce or the extrathat I PAID FOR (btw). Then.. to top it all off? the ranch (didn?t even ask for ranch) was clumpy ???? & the chicken was raw.The manager DID acknowledge the problem but was so geeked out & confused at what to do next that I didn?t bother waiting for mymoney back. I?m so disappointed in this store because it used to be a go to lunch/ice cream joint. I will not be back again ???? Read more
Y?all literally have the easiest job in the world, but yet are still trash at making ice cream somehow. Also ordered a small... slushy and it was literally melted colored water. The most lazy workers I?ve ever seen, and turn that horrible music down nobodywants to hear that while waiting on food. Wont be returning. Read more
