If I could give them zero stars I would. The slowest drive thru in the city. You wait 20 minutes for 5 cars. They NEVER make the... pick up tickets from the app. And to top it off they always have homeless people begging for change at both ends of the drivethrough. I don?t know who?s managing this store, but it?s a joke. I?ve lived down the street from this location for 5 years, Irefuse to even stop anymore. I?d rather drive across the city. Mornings move very efficiently. This review doesn't reflect the morning crew at all. As soon as the morning shift ends the... place is usually run by a bunch of incompliant teens more concerned about their conversations than your order. I think this location is Fairly new for the fact that its pretty clean. I was 5 minutes away when I mobile order thru the app. ... Gave them a few minutes before I went into the location. When I went in my receipt was on the "to go order tray" but my drinkswere not ready. I told them about it and they said "there skews for there mobile machine is not working". But it was very muchworking. I waited 20 minutes for 2 latte's that I ordered before getting into location. Unacceptable. Read more
This is always my go to Dunks location not only because it is right down the road from me, but I am always completely satisfied... with the service I receive! The servers are always so nice and kind! I look forward to getting my coffee from this locationbecause they always get my order correct and a lot of other locations in the area (as we practically have one on every streetcorner) seem to fall short every time. Bought a medium latte, got 1/3 of the cup empty ???????? Which I just saw when I got home. The kid who was taking orders at the... drive through, I think he was working for free because he was super cranky, had to repeat what I wanted twice. Asked for myreceipt, the girl said she didn?t print that out and just shut the window on my face. Please stop hiring children, or at leasttrain them better. Read more
