Love the people but they always get the order wrong! How you order 2 flavored hot coffee's with cream and sugar, they give you... the wrong flavor plus they made one a hot chocolate and 1 a hot coffee. (Only 1 customer in the place, so no excuse). Read more

The staffs at this location are Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say, Sent my daughter to DD to buy 2 med drinks, she... went with her skateboard. She needed a tray and they refused to give her one, because she "needed to buy 3 drinks" to receive atray ????. Definitely would not be coming here any more, and people with very bad habits be hanging around that Dunkin donutsvery uncomfortable feeling. Not coming here ever again. Read more
The quality of service at this location has really gone downhill. It?s on my way to work so I stop there occasionally. I order... on the go and my order is never fully ready when I get there. I stand there and wait and nothing. Always have to ask someone.This is the only DD where I experience this. I go to Boston St., other one on western ave or Peabody and they are always prompt. I?ve given them several chances to get it right. This morning in addition to having to wait for my on the go order to becompleted, they didn?t cover my coffee. It spilled on my leg. I used the mobile app. So I didnt have to wait in line or have to interact with the staff. Coffee was Hot and ready when I... arrived. They got the order correct so no complaints. Plenty of parking and store is in good location. Clean and safe I will beback soon Hope this helps Read more
