This McD's is conveniently located close to my apartment. I love their caramel frappes. Their machine is never down like others... I have gone to in the city. And it's better than Starbucks, in my opinion. Food is always hot and order is always accurate. Eventhough they may have a line at times, they keep it moving and always have the payment window open unlike others. Kudos to thisteam. They are prompt and well-managed. Read more
The morning crew is pretty good but the evening crew.....not so much. I can also vouch for S. Hewitt's remarks about lack of... communication. Pull up to the drive through and no one even acknowledges they detected an approaching vehicle so I do not knowif they are taking orders or not. Then after waiting for a while when I fibally break the ice and question if anyone is there Iget slight attitude. I just drove off. No time for that business. At the least, training needs to be reviewed when it comesto drive through communication. Read more
This location used to be okay. Went under new ownership and prices went up and service went down. Two days in a row they aren't... taking orders. One of the days I sat in a full line and they did not communicate to anyone waiting that they were not takingorders. Although a person with an online order did get through to someone, everyone else was sitting there waiting for somethingthet was never going to come. At least tell the customers if you're going to close early or stop taking orders. Read more
In a rush to work and had no other options but to come here, the fries were barely salted and room temperature. The spicy... chicken deluxe is the weakest "spicy" I've ever eaten and the sandwich as a whole was nothing short of horrendously outtogether. Unfortunately I cannot show the photo of the one in my hamburger because I already spit that out. Regardless here is a photo of... my water with over 5 individual hairs on it. 2 of them being in the actual water it?s self. On top of that I showed up beforethe three cars that came after me and somehow they all got there orders before me. Normally don?t like to post about this kindof thing but I highly suggest to not go to this location. Over 6 times I?ve had issues with getting cut in like by rudecustomers. Or poorly trained staff doesn?t understand how to find a quarter pounder on there menu so I get stuck in the linewhile others pass me. Read more
My experience was great ,food hot everything was good..ones that were working this shift was on top of there game.
