Called in a to-go order, person taking my order was very short, did not ask for my name or number. Food was done on time.... Person at register seemed bothered to help me as she was chit chatting. Tossed my ticket on counter and walked away instead ofhanding it to me. There were a few bags on the counter and I asked which were mine and she was very rude and said both of them.(There was 3 there). Upon getting home some food was under cooked. (French toast was gooey and veggies in omelet were cold andraw). We chose this place based on reviews. Most of our food was great, but customer service was very below par. Read more
Horribly rude staff! Every time I’m here the women working are completely miserable! They will also close early without... warning. I was walking up at 2:30 pm and a women sprinted outside to lock the door without saying a word to me. The quality ofthe food has also dropped with all eggs being like rubber. I hope this place turns around because it used to be much better. Read more
I came in with my twins for a quick breakfast. The owner was a tad rude and un-attentive. She didn’t greet us with a hello,... instead she said coffee? She dropped the coffee off and never returned to ask if we wanted anything else. Needless to say weleft and went to another restaurant (Chelo’s on Mayfield EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE) where we were all properly greeted!Sometimes a hello and smile goes a long way. Read more

We went to this diner for breakfast 3 weeks ago. It is a quaint place with enough seating for 20-25 people. The waitress was a... little gruff, but softened up by the middle of the meal. Our breakfast was good. The place is clean. The prices are reasonable. The service was fine. We put this one on our A list. Read more
