Let me start off by saying the ?The quality is great? however $17.50 for a prosciutto sandwich is astronomical.
Locked door 3:48. Every week runs out of mozz/bread/chicken cutlets. Sad bc i leave an hour early for work to grab a sandwhich(... this is 3rd week in a row). Get more inventory if you expect this kind of rush. Read more
This is the best Italian specialities/deli in the immediate area. BUT they need to realize this isnt Upper Montclair or Short... Hills, it's still a blue collar area, and their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Last year they raised prices, and seems this month theydid again. I guess inflation hit the bakeries too, a loaf of bread went from $3 to $4.27. You can't get a small sandwich and adrink for under $20. If you have an important party or want to impress, then yes this is the place. Michael?s was highly recommended to me, and I totally get why it?s a neighborhood favorite. The guys working were super nice and... helpful. They sold me on the roast beef as it?s made in house. After careful consideration I went with the roast beef withAsiago cheese, arugula, and garlic Mayo. The sandwich was a little dry, but the garlic mayo was insane. I?d drink it through astraw. The roast beef was good, but I was expecting to be wow?d and I wasn?t. Nonetheless, a tasty sandwich. I also grabbed afew rice balls while they had some available. Outstanding! Read more

Well ! Customer service was great! It was a fast moving line with awesome help. ( always a good thing when there?s a line !! ) I... ordered a few different things today. 1 being a delicious sandwich with fresh chicken & mozz cheese, arugula & balsamic glaze !Bread pudding which was meant for after dinner but was eaten before .. also phenomenal. Lasagna, stuffed peppers, string beans &pasta salad which were all a perfect combo for dinner. Appetizer, dinner & dessert at a reasonable price.. great place to gowhen you?re in need of a quick bite or a planned/ unplanned dinner !! Thanks for being so kind. ???? Can?t wait to come back in!!
