It's pretty sad when you have to ask the food worker to put on his mask that he has around his neck. I frequent this gas station... and very often see the Subway workers not wearing their masks and I definitely won't give them my money if that's the case.Management needs to step up and enforce this. From my experience this spot is not usually to busy, which makes it a good place to grab a quick bite when heading into town or... heading back. Service is always quick and courteous. Exactly what you would expect from a well run Subway. Read more

Great staff, great food. Service was efficient and quick. It?s sad that most of the negative reviews on here are because of mask... policies. Little do people know.. Subway doesn?t own this building. It?s a Shell Station & Food Mart, they operate a smallsection. If you are high risk. Maybe that?s a personal problem? Maybe you shouldn?t be dining in during a pandemic. Delete yournasty reviews, and have something at home if you are so afraid of it. You can?t force someone else to enforce a mask policy. Ifthey needed to, then corporate would tell them to, even as a franchisee, they could face legal problems for making someone weara face mask, Even my work tells me not to engage in telling people to wear face covering. Rate their food, rate their service,there disobedience to government mandates shouldn?t be the key point of your review! Read more

I was so disturbed when I seen the sandwich girl who?s face scarf was around her neck not her face and had on dirty laundry... clothes from who knows when and the customer she helped didn?t even have a face mask on, the manager was at a desk behind thewall talking to her not even enforcing the face mask policy and when I ordered, she was so grumpy while making my sandwiches. Possibly the worse customer service I've encountered. One of the gals there is nice sometimes but the other one clearly hates... her job. The most recent occurrence of this terrible service was when my a wife went in to order two six inch subs for $3 eachand when it was time to pay she charged her for a full price footlong. My wife was to shy to say anything so she came back and Ihad to go in and tell them that they made a mistake. They didn't seem to care at all and said they could get fired for doing aprice adjustment. I could care less about the $1.69 difference but it's the principle and attitude of them that matters. Don'twaist your money here and take your business to the other subway. Interestingly enough they are both owned by the same family,just clearly the employees at bender could care less about their jobs and the ones on guide do. Read more

Clean place. Staff friendly. But. Tomotoes look old and squishy Cucumbers. Frozen. Or something wrong looking. Lettuce some... brown spots. Ordered turkey 6 inch. Was paying realized it was on sale. With drink and chips $6. So added the extras. But signis misleading. See my pic. $6 is something like $6.59. The chsnge is in tiny letters. So you don?t notice. Doesn?t seem fair.So I felt I needed to leave a review. Called subway customer support to complain. And they pretty much didn?t care. Too bad.Subways used to be my favorite stop for lunch. Read more
