Hands down one of the best restaurants in the area. The lady who I think owns the place is always so kind. Every dish is... uniquely prepared and so delicious. We love the cake, although I know it's not made in house. Read more

We absolutely LOVE this place. The owners are such hard workers!! It?s family owned and run. And we love supporting them. Their... food is delicious and the presentation like that of a 4 star experience. How can they make so many different dishes and do itall well?? Well THEY DO!! This is a place you want to visit. Oh and they have take out too! (Drove through style) We love theatmosphere too! We give it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!! Read more

We have been 5 times in two weeks and loved each experience. I have lived in Lynden for 2 years and passed by it a lot. The... name "Infusion Cuisine" made me think of "New Age" and I'm not a fan. Boy was I wrong!!! It has traditional American, Italianand Mexican food and it's very, very good. Fantastic service! I left a pen on the table for the waitress to keep a week ago.She brought it to our table yesterday to tell me we had forgot it!!!!! No one has done that at any of the other restaurants Ihave left pens at. The Kids Menu has Grilled Cheese sandwiches! They have Pure Bliss cakes offered for desserts. Those aloneare worth the trip. A relaxing clean interior. Such a nice getaway for dining experiences. Read more

Jesse and Eduardo make dining at Infusion a personal experience. They make a real effort to get to know their customers. And... the food... unbelievable. Exceptionally good food. Large servings and great value in a small intimate setting. This is ourfavorite place to go. Read more

The atmosphere and service were excellent for their New years event. I had beef wellington and my wife had surf and turf. The... filet mignon was very tender but the pairing with the red wine sweet and savory sauce wasnt my thing while the meat wasntseasoned much, which had us using the salt a lot. I would have preferred a hollandaise or a creamy horseradish or mushroom saucefor the beef. The red wine sauce did go well with the vegtables. Overall the experience was good and the arrangement of theseating at 4, 6 and 8pm with limited menu made sense but wish there were more items available. The bill for four people was alil high at $265 with a couple sodas, tea and coffee. We are interested enough to return soon to try the regular menu. Read more

Italian were cooked to perfection and the desserts (PureBliss) were over the top! Highly recommend for an out of the way diningexperience. Will DEFINITELY be going back! Support local eateries!
