Best Mexican food in bellingham or lynden. Good mole is hard to find and there's is excellent. Don't go if you are in a hurry... for the chef takes his time for perfect presentation. Oh, and the margaritas are delicious but dangerous. Read more

Wouldnt even let us order. Didn't like that we wanted something without meat, so they said they would only make it if we went... in. Asked in spanish if we know where we're ordering from because why would we order a burrito without meat. I'm very picky when it comes to good Mexican food. I never eat this kind of food when I go out because it always tastes like it... came from frozen or reheated. This is by far the best Mexican food I've had. Not only was the food fresh but it was cookedperfectly and had tons of flavor. The fajitas were the best I've ever eaten. The sauce they used was incredible. My wife and Iboth had margaritas but look out they are huge and we should have shared one. I cannot say enough good things about thisrestaurant.
