Walked in the door with my family and the employee immediately put up her hand and said ?I?m going to stop you there, we can?t... take any more orders right now. We have 8 that we are trying to make.? I look around the empty dining room and just turnedaround and left. DIDNT EVEN STAY FOR FOOD. The women in there seemed very sweet. However a male in the restaurant as we were walking up was... shaking his head an hour and a half before closing. When we opened the door he started loudly saying ?oh hell no? . The ladieswere apologizing however that man should not be working in customer service at all. This was our first trip ever to Wingstop and it was terrific! Cynthia greeted us immediately and helped us figure out a good... order for our family. We spent $30 and had more than enough food to stuff the three of us, we even had to take about half of ourfries home. The staff here are lovely and truly understand what the competition is missing, quality staff who understand how tomake a customer feel welcome. The staff at this location are the best part of the experience we had today, and that's not aknock on the food it was delicious, the staff were just so willing and able to make our trip worthwhile that they were the MVPs.I only got Cynthia's name but there were about four staff total all of which were leagues beyond what you would find anywhereelse on Ward's rd. The food was mediocre the wings were dry I got a party pack. This was my first and last visit to my local Wingstop! Other locations may be good but this particular experience was a no go. I... will start with the positive - the rolls and corn were great, and the KoreanQ sauce is delicious. The cashier, Mona was verypleasant and provided good service. Now the not so positive - I requested the 8 piece wings extra well done. They were not atall well done, but instead rubbery, soggy and not crisp. The 4 that were sauced had flavor, only due to the Korean Q, the 4plain had zero flavor at all, not even salt. This was a waste of my money and I am extremely disappointed.
