Stopped by on the way through Lynchburg on a Sunday afternoon around 12:45PM, but there was no lunch crowd. I think I know why!... Service was very slow, and the drive through seemed to be the preferred way to order. I went inside and decided to dine in.Waited almost 8 minutes to be able to order at the counter because the 3 cars in the drive through had managed to overwhelm thestaff. I wasn't in a hurry, so ordinarily I wouldn't take a star away for a minor wait, but the chicken nuggets were totallyannihilated, being overcooked to the point of being brown instead of golden. This Wendy's suck gave us the wrong drinks and fries were cold and broken in little pieces. We came from another state and this... is by far the worse Wendy's I have ever encountered. The guy taking the order at as if he wanted to mess the order up. My motherordered a apple pecan Salad and didn't receive the pecans or dressing. The lemonade in which I didn't order was awful. I'm a little upset with my order...My fries aren't whole fries, I think their in the wrong container. My pink lemonade gave me... heart burn from one sip due to not being stirred and with no ice included so I poured it out, syrup in cup still though. I'd assume the guy taking orders at the window was new because he was very apologetic about trying to take our order, which was... fine. Everything was hot and correct. Great job man! Update 1/15/21 tried giving them another chance and they screwed up once again. Ordered and spicy chicken sandwich and ended up... with a damn burger. That was the only item I ordered and they couldn't get a single item correct. Plus it was so cold the cheesewasn't even melted. Read more
