Yo it's waffle house. My dad would take me out as a kid a bunch. They will get busy because it's good. And when it is just like... anywhere; you cannot expect premo service. The service will still be good tho and respectful. Absolutely better than most placesin a rush. If I have to complain about anything... It's the menu... They offer so much more than their menu says. I love Waffle House and their food. But this time I got a glass of water with some sort of brown smudge towards the bottom of... the inside. Asked for a replacement and got another glass of water with a brown smudge towards the bottom of the inside. Nicefolks and all but this was kinda disconcerting. Read more
The people that work there are VERY friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. When we were handed menus we were told they... had everything from breakfast to steaks, sandwiches and desserts. My husband ordered a breakfast combo that included a waffleand I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. The server was very nice and said they only have hashbrowns so I asked what kind of piethey had. She said they didn't have any pie. It wasn't cut yet. I said, how about a milkshake? They don't offer them. So, I justhad the burger with nothing else. She did offer a waffle with my burger but I passed on that. When my food arrived it had apiece of bacon on it that i had not ordered. Come to find out it was my husband's bacon so i gave it to him and the serverbrought him more bacon. Husband received his food but no waffle. After we were halfway through eating I asked him if his mealwas supposed to come with a waffle. The manager heard me and brought one over that had been sitting on the counter. So, thepeople are very friendly and the food was good but the next time we will go to a different place. Read more
Service is amazing & quick! Food has always been exactly what was ordered & tasted great! Love being able to rely on the Huddle... House to be open late night for me anytime I've needed them! Servers & cooks are hilarious too! Read more
The employees seemed happy. The menu was very simple. It was nice to be there when there wasn't a major storm.
Waffle house is consistently good, but I have to say that this one exceeds most of the others. It should get an award. The food... was great, the place was so clean, the staff were friendly and we got our food so quick and hot! I would certainly recommendthis place to everyone. Read more
Waffle House probably has the best hash brown potatoes than any other fast food restaurant, even Denny's. They offer so many... options with their hash browns. Whether you like them with onions, cheese or anything else.The waffles are also some of thebest. Light, fluffy and big. The gravy and biscuits are top notch as well. The staff always greet their customers with a smilewhen walking through the door. They are nice and friendly. Although their restaurants are small, the service is quick. Read more
Never thought I would see the day when a Waffle House would rank so high among my choices of eateries. But let me tell you now,... Johnny on the Spot makes all the difference. The man did not stop moving the whole time I was there. Courteous, helpful, quickwith service and all while sporting the cleanest apron I've ever seen on a Waffle House employee. Oh, and did I mention he hada necktie on as well! Three cheers for Johnny and the wonderful service rendered. Plenty of food to feed my hungry crew forunder $30. Walked in and out with our order in less than ten minutes. Very tasty traditional breakfast food, and (I can'tmention this enough) some of the best service here in Lynchburg. Read more
