Kudos to the team at this Texas Roadhouse. We have been going to this restaurant since my son began attending Liberty and we... love it. I am in the hospitality business so I pay attention to every detail. Staff is friendly, food is great, managementcomes around to tables at times to make sure everything is great. We often see management asking customers if their experiencewas good. I had one concern and Keith, the kitchen manager handled it right away, they really seem to care about each and everycustomer. There was no wait even with the parking lot full. The waitress was nice. We got the 16 oz Ft. Worth ribeye with green beans and... sautéed mushrooms. The green beans were cooked with bacon and onions and were very good. The mushrooms were great. The steakwas ok but had no flavor just char and meat taste. Peach tea was great.
