I went in on Monday for a free sub due to the advertisements seen on social media . The manager that was there was really rude... to her employees, she was disrespectful to a customer and her customer service as a whole was HORRIBLE . I rarely, if ever, give bad reviews, but I don?t know if I?ve ever experienced such bad customer service in my life. The manager... was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate in the way he spoke to and treated my husband. They also did not make our sandwichcorrectly even when we clearly told them what we wanted multiple times. Will not be coming back as we felt very uncomfortableand mistreated. Read more
I don?t think anyone working in this establishment can read a ticket. They?ll mess up your order and get all defensive about it... like it?s your fault they?re illiterate. Please, please make literacy tests mandatory at this location. They really need helphere, thank you. Read more
This location has had it's issues on and off for quite some time, but the sandwich I got to take home today was literally... inedible because the bread was so old, stale and so hard that no one could possibly chew it. The person that made the sandwichhad to have known when she first picked it up. I am blown away that she served me this. Read more
I've been to this location several times leaving satisfied. However, this time the sandwich artist created the saddest little... sub I've ever seen. I completely understand the increasing prices of supplies, but this thing was just pitiful compared to anysub I've ever received from a Subway location. Now generally I am a Subway fan, however this particular franchise fell short on my most recent visit. I've always liked the... freshness of the ingredients however the bread was stale, even after asking to change my roll twice. The server didn't followthe request given and the sandwich eventually became inedible. Today?. I walked in. The dining room was nasty. I told the worker what I wanted to order. I could tell she was stressed so I... didn?t speak much.
