I had a wonderful experience today through the drive thru with Emma and Mercury! They were such a joy and I left with a smile... and a fun start to my day. I order the same drink every time I go. It is literally expresso, creamer, and cold foam and I can honestly say I never know if... it will be made right. The employees I've met have always been very polite and friendly and the store has always been clean whenI've been there. I'll keep going because when my drink is right it is heaven in a cup! The baristas were friendly, but the service was awful. I waited 30 minutes for a drink, and after 50 minutes my friend still... hasn't gotten hers despite them serving multiple people who came in well after us. They were busy, to be fair, but to makeanyone wait almost an hour for a single coffee, particularly while other people only wait 10 minutes, is unacceptable. Read more

I had someone named Jamie be extremely rude and wouldn?t remake my drink , I had multiple drinks I had purchased and I sat one... of the drinks on the hood of my car and was trying to get a giant bee out of my car so not thinking I leaned in to roll down mysun roof trying to get the bee to fly out and the coffee literally fell on my head it was extremely hot and I was sticky and itwas a venti at that, just as a decent human being I thought they would remake it for me but Jamie was very rude and blunt ,?yeah we?re not going to remake it for you? also sometimes at this location the drinks are good and on point but other timesthey taste nothing like it?s suppose to taste, I get the same drink every time I come .. like just now my drink doesn?t tasteright at all but I didn?t wanna go inside and say anything because it?s just uncomfortable especially after the ordeal thathappened a couple weeks ago with Jamie. The girl with the purple hair was so rude. Wouldn't even smile when I smiled at her while she was taking my order. Rolled her... eyes when I asked for light ice. Plus the whole place was dirty. No one bothered to wipe up their mess on the counter. Reallydisgusting especially since they weren't busy at all. Read more

This Starbucks is really good at making people feel unwelcome. all the workers stared very unfriendly without offering... assistance, or even letting me know they?d be with me shortly. The energy here is absolutely terrible and it?s the staff.Slamming things around, rolling there eyes at people. Oh and then they took the customer that came in after me immediately ANDgreeted him. This place is very new, but has a wonderful vibe to it. The map might show that nothing is there, but it's only because it is... newly built. The staff appear to be mostly new people, but they work hard and treat the customers very well. Some of thereviews so far have talked about how slowly they have been, but this is probably mostly because of the newer baristas. But,given a short amount of time, I'm sure they'll hit their stride and provide a quickness of service that matches theirwonderfully amiable staff. As an example of their quality service toward their customers, I had to wait a while for my mobileorder, only to realize that I had chosen an option to pick it up through the drive-thru instead, and when I realized this, ithas already been a while after they had made it and set it near the register at the drive-thru window. When I asked about mydrink, which was a triple Espresso, Zach, one of the baristas, went and got it for my very quickly. I asked how long it had beensitting over there, he said he didn't know and offered to pull me another, fresher one. This is the kind of quality service Ihave come to expect from Starbucks, and which was clearly shown to me on this occasion, as well. On a different note, thephotos with this review show the beautifully-designed interior that I have seen in many other Starbucks, and happens to be oneof my favorite, as the seating on the side looks out into the store, which I like. It also has two sections of chairs around acentral fire-pit-style round table and a long meeting/gathering table in the middle, as well as a bar in front of the Cold Brewstation. This structure is incredibly nice and inviting, as it allows for a variety of individual needs and purposes when cominginside of Starbucks to spend some time, whether working or socializing, or both.
