Ice cream is good- cool concept. Lacking in everything else, though. The atmosphere is rough. The employees look like they\'re... on death row. When you walk in you\'ll receive no greeting. Only the look of, \'what do you want\'. It\'s like you\'re theirbiggest inconvenience of the day. There\'s been multiple times I want ice cream later at night but just go drive to Krogerinstead because self checkout is more pleasant.\nThe only exception is one guy that works there with an arm tattoo. So fresh and delicious, it really is a unique experience. I love how the thinly rolled layers of ice cream just melt in your... mouth. I placed my order online and was given a pickup time. When I got there, my order was not done, they had not even started and... said they did not get a notification of my online order. I hope they figure out a better system to make sure they are notifiedwhen customers make online orders. I purchased the waffle \"taco\" with strawberries, bananas, chocolate chips, whipped creamand vanilla ice cream. It tasted good but took awhile to prepare. I\'m not sure if that\'s standard because of the method but itjust seemed strange that it took so long, appx 20 minutes. I was also confused why the guy made my order in the back althoughthere were two cold stones out front and the only other employee there, a young lady was using only one of them. My thought isthere were no waffle shells ready, because I ended up with a broken waffle bowl but I\'m not sure.\nBoth employees were pleasantbut I will say the strawberries were hard and needed to be sliced down. Also, the shoppe had a heavy milky smell almost spoiledthat hit when I walked in. Honestly being my first visit it felt ...overall strange...maybe it was just a slow day. I?m not a review writer but our experience was outstanding and I just had to say something! I took my grandchildren today. The... website said they opened at 12pm but they open at 1pm. We came from a different county to try. The employee was so kind! She letus come in a few minutes early and got right to it! She was so patient with my granddaughters and their indecisiveness. They areshy and she made them laugh and brightened there day! They talked about her all the way home! You all have done incredible withyour staff!\nIce cream was absolutely incredible! I?m pretty disappointed in the policy change\n\nLast summer I came in and got lavender honey and strawberry rose in my cup.\n\nI... went yesterday and they told me they could only do one flavor per cup, or they could mix the two flavors together in a singlepour.\n\nKinda sucks because now I can?t get multiple flavors in one cup and I don?t really want that much of one flavor so thiswill limit how often I come back, and im sure other people will feel the same.\n\nI hope you?ll change the policy back to allowat least 2 flavors (2 separate pours) in one cup.
