I sit at the speaker for 3 to 4 minutes before I was acknowledged and my order was taken. Then I paid at window and was told to... pull up front to wait on my food. It would of been nice to have been told I had to wait, that is just courteous in my customerservice experience. The 1 in lynchburg can't tell the difference between dark meat and white meat and spicy or mild. They staff needs to be trained... better. The food is not good enough to have to wait 45 minutes for it. Over 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, then they said we had... to wait 7 more minutes for our chicken tenders after we paid. The girl asked if I wanted a medium or large drink, so I saidmedium since she was indicating that was the smallest option. BUT wait a minute, I was charged an extra 50¢ per meal for thosedrinks! I went inside because she gave me the wrong drink and I saw the chicken overflowing in the kitchen so much chicken, butyet no chicken for me. I finally asked for my money back because they still didn't have my food ready 38 minutes after I paidfor it. So much for 7 minutes wait. Never again. They gave me the wrong order I didn't realize until I was all the way across town to sit down to eat with my colleagues. So I... drove all the way back across town to get the correct order which then when I wanted the whole meal fresh I got eyes rolled atme and then they actually took the meal that they previously gave me back through the drive-thru window which I know is a healthviolation. But they got my order wrong and I'm just trying to get what I paid for. And then after I got all of this attitude Ifinally get my food and there is barely any fries in it. They give you a good amount of food unless you're getting shrimp. I do ahte that you can't order shrimp by itself. Sometimes I... just want a little popcorn shrimp snack. The wait is stupid long but most of the staff is friendly. Store manager James isfreaking amazing! He recognizes that there are a lot of issues but is working to fix them. Read more
