Horrible horrible service. Delivery time of 40 minutes. Ended up waiting an hour and half. Called to find out where order is and... told it would be at least another 40 minutes. Worthless lazy workers. Read more

I used to like Dominoes but thus pizza hut makes the best pizza I've had. I ordered delivery and the phone was answered promptly... by Josh; whom I'd like to credit with sounding very professional and was knowledgeable about the specials and pizza available. Iordered the new spicy pizza, and it was fantastic! The driver was smiling and made the delivery feel special. 5/5 best pizzaplace in town! Read more

This afternoon We decided to order an early dinner in preparation for the big storm tomorrow. I placed my order on the phone and... spoke with a very professional man who took my order, including the special request I had to run my personal pan pizzas throughthe oven twice to make them extra crispy. He was very accommodating with this request. He told me our order would be ready inabout 20 minutes. We arrived about 25 minutes later, my husband went in to pick our order up and again was helped by this man.My husband also commented that he was very professional told my husband my personal pan pizzas had been sent through the oventwice as requested. We arrived home and everything was perfect, snd delicious! We appreciate employees who do their jobs and doit with customer service in mind. Highly recommend the Pizza Hut in Boonsboro! It took the driver 30 minutes to deliver my pizza and the place is only 8 to 10 minutes away. Then he was on his phone talking... when I answered the door. Not a good thing for customer service Read more

Difficulty placing online order. After I submitted the order, the items were still in my cart. I decided to call a local store... to place my order. The clerk asked FOUR times if I wanted breadsticks or cheesy breadsticks AFTER I had confirmed I wantedbreadsticks. After this order was finally placed, I received an email to confirm the online order. Now I had 2 orders!Fortunately, I was able to cancel one of the orders. When I did the curbside pickup, the extra marinara I ordered was missing.Someone brought it out,, but the lid was not on completely and it spilled on my granddaughter. Read more

We have bought from this store for 20 years. We just picked up or order and it was half wrong. I called and politely asked... that they put the rest of our "correct" order on the next delivery. I was informed that I would have to pay a "convenience fee"and delivery charge. I asked how much they would pay me for "convenience and delivery" fees to return for my correctorder......well, it resulted in the "manager" screaming "F" you in the phone at me. What a sad time we live in. This is thebest companies can find to run their business. We've had dozens of messed up orders over the years but the manager ALWAYScorrected the mistake and it was pleasant. Oh, corporate is only open 4 days/week.... makes sense. Read more

2nd order they've got wrong this month. Told the manager Angie that the route their driver would normally take was closed due to... the bridge being out. Had the driver call us 10 minutes later to say that the bridge was closed and he would have to take adifferent route. Got our pizza 50 mins later, cold and made incorrectly. Called back to complain and had the manager get irateand nasty with my wife. Gave her a $15 credit and hung up in her face. Wow Read more
