Drive thru order the lady had no options to have soup and bread. I literally just wanted chicken noodle soup and some bread with... it and she wasn't allowed to add bread onto the side. They were out of bread bowls, the baguette side, and she wasn't able toadd a roll or anything. So I got chips and a teeny soup. Waste of money. Why is it called "Panera Bread" if they literally don'teven have bread. Not going back to that location ever again. Read more
Ordered a 1/2 Green Goddess Salad to-go from the store kiosk. Receipt email indicated food would be ready in one minute. Over... thirty minutes later, they were still not working on the food. They are understaffed and continue taking orders despite beingunable to fulfill orders at a reasonable speed. They were friendly when we requested a refund, but I am very disappointed at thefact that their problem appeared to be employee experience and efficiency. If this is a franchise location, it needs corporateattention. Its performance today was not compatible with brand expectations. The manager indicated they used to have a signwarning people but that someone chose to took it down. Read more

Had to wait over an hour for a simple order never got text for confirmation. For what's supposed to be quick in and out like 15... min not an hour and 15 min I could've went to a steakhouse for less money and time and had service and a paper receipt. Read more
They get lazy and barely bake the bagels and they don?t cut them first they just stick a whole bagel in the oven for 2 seconds... and then cut it and charge almost the same price as a bag of bagels. I paid 5 dollars for this bagel and cream cheese. Bake itproperly Read more
Greeks salad with chicken. Bowl half full at best, 5 kal. olives, 5 cherry tomatoes, a few strips of chicken. Ridiculous that... this cost $12 and I will immediately go to Fresh Market to buy something additional to go along with my side salad. Veryunderwhelming. Read more
First photo is the "blueberry " bagel I ordered. With I don't 5-6 blueberries. 2nd is a pic from the app for a blueberry peach... smoothie. I ordered for my son who isn't a picky eater he is a NON-EXISTENT EATER. He actually said he'd try it. I was totallyexcited he'd try something. He survives on Pediasure. Unfortunately 3rd is what he got. They only refunded the smoothie. Andhe's not willing to try anything else. So, it set us further back with him even entertaining to try something again. Read more
Pretty lackluster experience. Mac and cheese was not tasty, and the baguette piece was small and cold. Also way too pricey for... what you get. $3 for a regular soda. Feels like they raised the price just to make their unlimited sips subscription seemattractive. Read more
