My boyfriend and I came in for dinner and it was great! We had Danielle as our server and she was one of the best servers I?ve... ever had! My boyfriend?s steak wasn?t cooked how he wanted and our server made sure to take it back and make sure it was cookedto his liking! I had the balsamic glazed chicken and it was cooked perfectly! My son and I consider going to O'Charley's as a treat. I had to Atlantic Salmon and broccoli and he had the Chicken Parmesan... along with desserts. The service by Danielle was top notch and she is delightful. The evening manager was very nice andthoughtful. The dinner as always was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had so much food that a doggy bag was needed and our 2GSD's enjoyed the extra over their kibble with gusto. The restaurant is clean and spacious making an end to the weekend arelaxing and enjoyable treat. Read more
My family and I drove over an hour to have dinner here and the service was outstanding! The management and staff made my family... and I feel very welcome! The food was hot, fresh and came out in no time! There was no wait at the door. We were seatedimmediately and taken great care of. I am a little late in doing this review we had dinner there 7/30 we dined in this was my first ever eating at this restaurant... and let me say they definitely exceeded my expectations our server Jasmine was phenomenal I can't say enough great things abouther, her attentiveness to our table was the best I have ever had. The food was ok, waitress was great! Had a bit of a wait on our food and they weren't that busy.
The ribs were absolutely great, bacon mashed potatoes were very good also. The Broccoli was ok, not 100% steamed because they... were still a little crunchy. My first steak was supposed to be cooked to medium but when I got it, it was well done. They tookit back and made me another one that was perfect.
